PoE Discharge builds without Ralakesh's Impatience

Hi. Since Discharge uses charges to deal flat damage, there is no big difference between triggering a spell every 500ms with 2 charges or every 250ms with 1 charge, this is why I choose CwC over CoC. Hey guys, been putting together some thoughts around the new gems now PoB has been updated and ran into an interesting idea I'm trying to build out PoB: The basic idea I'm considering is using Chieftain to power a fully fire converted shield crush which then can trigger a number of different spells from the battlemage. Depending on what spells we might pick here (I've been messing with Reap/Discharge) I think the numbers could be there to make something fun out of this combination of skills although its not going to be a meta kill

Here Im showing my Theory build for a cast on death ignite version. If you ever seen that one quack build video. I wondered if u had any interest in pushing this PoB even further and probably lowering cost? I might use this as my personal "boss killer" especially if a lvl 70 can do the job. Forgot to tab but the map mods were more life + extra damage + monster resist + poison on hit + chilled ground iirc. So I had this wacky idea for an ignite build earlier, and to my surprise, the numbers actually seemed to work out. The template for my build was mathil's Divine Ire Ignite character. The idea behind the build was to map with Divine Ire and then blow up bosses with the charges you've generated, since the cooldown looks annoying but the base damage is huge. Because of the bonuses to Ignites, Charges, and Channeling, I started looking into Trickster. This is what led me to the main synergy behind this build: the combination of Stormfire and Hrimmburn. Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.
