PoE augustorw builds

This is my first strong character (I probably think it every single league). Should it be able to kill Sirus? Do I need more defensive layers? All tips are appreciated. Just for the sake of the rule about explaining the build: It is an Occultist CoC Ice Spear with Cospri's Malice, Shav's Wrappings and Prism Guardian. There is not much to explain.

Hi. Since Discharge uses charges to deal flat damage, there is no big difference between triggering a spell every 500ms with 2 charges or every 250ms with 1 charge, this is why I choose CwC over CoC.
