Fire Burst: Granted by the Cast Level 20 Fire Burst on Hit Essence Modifier. Level 20 Fire Burst now deals 1122 to 1683 Fire Damage (previously 1526 to 2288). Now has an 250% Effectiveness of Added Damage (previously 340%). Now has a 1.5 second Cooldown (previously 1 second).

pretty wack build at this point, but definitely satisfying and crunchy when it comes together. probably one of the WORST bosses i could have showcased the build on, spamming ele damage garbage and blocking both spells and attacks...i'll be back soon with a more consistent build when i figure out what i really wanna do but i just wanted to show my long neck boy some love.

could probably drop fist of war for inspiration in both main/staff links, but i like the red crash. i sure as shit ain't dropping fortify. flame dash+second wind+arcane surge still works pretty decently, not really noticing the nerfs as much as the gem gets levels.

discharge version might be slayer or chieftain, i'll probably be trying one of those before the end of the league.
