PoE Hexblast, Hexblast of Contradiction, Hexblast of Havoc, League Starter builds

I'm a sucker for perma flasks and wanted to try hexblast mines (seems like it will be good for sanctum and league mechanic which is what I want to do) so I made a POB for it and it kinda looks good. - feel free to steal and modify if interested or provide feedback on why it isn't very good. Not a league starter but something to transition to day 4-5 pretty from poison exsanguinate/PC - You could make the swap at 85 if you really wanted to and had the reservation and flask cluster jewels, 91+ and it would start to feel a lot better. 6-7 mil DPS on a first week

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. Hi all! So I've decided to try to theorycraft something simple for my first leaguestart without using a guide made by ziz, jungroan, pathofmath, and the like. I'm interested in an ignite build and eventually settled on hexblast ignite because playing with curses also seemed fun. I made a POB and it's hitting 8mill ignite dps on guardians on gear that shouldn't cost more than 7 or 8 ex I think by the second or third week of league. Is this too good to be true? Hey all, saw the huge Hexblast buffs and I think it is a sleeper skill for ignite anyway so decided to pull the trigger and build out an inquisitor version of the popular ignite build. I've included trees for level 100, 95, 90, and 80. Updated PoB: Notes on configuration: I simulated the hexblast buffs by adding in the custom modifiers tab.
