Seeking Off Meta Value: MoM Archmage Ignite Hexblast Elementalist

This is an attempt to see how far I could take MoM Archmage in its current state. I wanted to see how good the build could be with how cheap mana gear is with how unplayed it is in the current game. Ultimately I think the price for getting a decent build is reasonable but it has a much lower ceiling than other builds will have. Archmage ignite, ultimately probably isn't the strongest MoM usecase but just something I personally wanted to try out!
