So been doing a self cast discharge jugg for two leagues now as I love the playstyle but made it focused on a single big hit and burning with herald of ash \^^ But found that ignite is just so much more pleasant. So the main frame of the discharge jugg has been two kaom's way and scolds with a realmender. Scolds is a amazing addition as it hits me all the time. It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. Sadly this mean 140% Quality can only be reached with a double implicit synth item with unveiled Gem Quality from Haku. So I tried to get as tanky as possible without using any of the mentioned mechanics. Turns out you can get permanent uptime on 4 utility flasks on any class with a flask belt+the 4 pointer flask cluster near elusive nodes and The Traitor Keystone.
