It says i have a cooldown of 0.363 on spellslinger, since i make two attacks with frenzy and have two triggerbots, does it mean it triggers 4 times (basically two times the damage displayed) ?

A few notes: If you don't like Eye of Winter you can use Freezing Pulse instead. I just like what Eye of Winter feels like. No jewel sockets because SSF. Hi all, I wanted to give the 3.15 CoC builds a try and figured I'd make a hipster/meme build. SST is currently extremely easy to get a VERY high crit chance using an ES shield with seething fury. Similarly, Ice Spear doesn't require a particularly large investment into crit for nearly maximum crit. Build is not fully optimized. SST can crit a LOT of times with a single throw due to SST chaining. Lioneye's armor is used for the 7th socket for more damage. Deadeye for more chaining/projectiles/mark effectiveness.
