[3.29] Ice Spear Deadeye: Endgame Warp Setup

Surprised how well the build is performing without acceleration shrine belt in endgame. Extra projectile and throw speed made it feel much smoother. However, at this point it is very clear that the speed scaling is capping out without some significant innovation. Wind Ward is pretty good with Warp setup due to consistently high tailwind stacks, but the build is still squishy.

High priority:

• Projectile speed: Glove craft, tattoos, timeless jewel if needed for attributes. Don't need this much projectile speed, already at 85% it felt much better. Worth getting projectile speed much earlier in the progression than I did.

Low priority:

• Dusk Ring - Stupidly expensive after atlas changes this league. Timeclasp is an excellent replacement. Can get corruptions or -20% duration for an extra passive point.
• 3rd Cluster - Slightly lower damage, but more QoL from move/throw/projectile speed. Need high levels & good jewels.
• Focused amulet - Good but expensive & very tedious/RNG to craft.

Mystic Refractors vs Staff setup Both are very much viable setups. Refractors remove the ability to chain and pierce, and has slightly lower damage. Extra cast speed & proj speed is nice. Staff has higher damage but also a huge resistance penalty. Easy to fix with Taming, Mageblood and clusters. For staff I don't recommend going Warp setup before Mageblood due to the affix pressure from regen & resists. With Refractor setup you could probably swap to Warp before Mageblood if you want. Can also change tattoos for more move speed with Refractors.
