Acceleration shrine strongly recommended, but the replenishing shrine is luxury. There is plenty of suffixes left for life regen, or you can run a second kikazaru (my setup is missing around 140 life regen without replenishing). For ES/Mana sustain you can get more ES and ES recharge rate on gear or run Discipline/Clarity. I am still using rares from the Omni setup, don't need attributes with this setup. Blunderbore is not necessary if you prefer another body armour or dislike the knockback, it is there to minmax the speed.

Oath of Winter is a very nice FF pair. Can also do Master Distiller if you have enough damage and don't need the freeze.

Important is to get 52% CDR on detonate mines (gem + boots implicit) since the build overthrows a lot. Some cast speed could also help.

For more defenses, you can move ranger cluster to witch and grab Zealot's Oath in order to retain ES as a defensive layer.

Taming is quite strong, especially if you need resistances and run AG. Chill, shock & freeze from Ice Spear/Skitterbots/Oath of Winter. Ignite via any flat fire, such as ring craft, corruption or red socket Tyrant crown. Finally scorch from AG for up to 5 elemental ailments and 240% damage under optimal conditions.
