The build feels pretty good now.

You can save a lot on the large clusters, and the body armor is only really worth if tainted fuse are cheap.

Skin of the Loyal/Lord seems interesting, but make sure you have enough energy shield for mana costs.

Arkhon's Tools should be strong but I couldn't be bothered fixing ailments for it.
