If you get the Titucius' Span shield, you can With mana reservation implicits, you can anoint disciple of the slaughter instead of charisma. Panopticon is still the best anoint for single target DPS with ancestral totems but I like the flexibility of not being force to always have the totems placed. I've been PoB warrior'ing for awhile and I think I've settled on my league starter. Main criteria was melee, strong overall build (mapping + bossing), and tanky as possible. Was thinking boneshatter slayer, but I avoided it for a couple of reasons; Vaal Pact annoys me and Slayer needs it to be acceptably tanky, and Slayer is kind of bad at bossing without very high investment. WARNING: this is NOT a good build. I just like scion and liked the new Trickster ascendancy point. Moreover, this build is mediocre in pretty much every way. I have thrown this together in the last hour or so as an quick idea to make best use of the new Cloak of Flame. Its still very rough around the Edges and needs to be fleshed out. Its meant for a Leaguestart SSF Enviroment. It includes Cloak of Flame and a Warlords Helmet though which may need a few days to obtain, longer if unlucky. This build is attempting to maximize the buffs given by Her Embrace (from Oni Goroshi) by adding physical damage and "gain % Physical Damage as extra Fire Damage" modifiers and stacking increased Fire Damage/More Fire Damage modifiers. From what we've seen so far, do you guys think zerker with rage and impale would be a good choice for 3.19? I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now.
