I wanted to share this super cheap Build i am currently playing. It requires 3 key unique items. [The Devouring Diadem] + [Emperor's Vigilance] + [Seething Fury].

I am playing this build on SSF, but I advice to not start playing it on SSF as a League Starter. On Trade League though, this will work just fine, as the Uniques you need are super easy to get and cheap aswell.

Emperor's Vigilance was buffed in 3.19 and is incredibly Strong! It is by far the highest Armor/Es shield in the game. No crafted rare comes even close to these numbers. The super high Enery Shield makes getting Crit Chance really easy.

[The Magnate] was reworked aswell in 3.19 and is a great addition to this. Again, very cheap Unique Item with really good Stats. Getting 400 Strength for the Tripple Damage does require some Strength on Items though.

You can See that I have ticked all the Charge boxes. And yes, they are allways up! In bossfights aswell. We get Endurance Charges on Block ('Deflection' Passive) and on Kill ('Aggressive Bastion' Passive + Gladiators 'Outmatch and Outlast'), Power Charges on Hit(Assasins Mark) and on Block (PCharge on Crit + Reckoning) and Frenzies through either 'Swagger' (on block) or Mark Mastery (on hit).

Main Defense

Lots of Armor from gear. Determination Aura. Defiance Banner. Tempest Shield to cap Spell Block (due to Glancing Blows on the Shield, no other Block investment is needed). 60% reduced damage from crits on the tree + 30 reduced crit chance from Defiance Banner. Reckoning + Life Gain on Hit aswell as Life Leech from Blood Rage. Maximum Resistances (82, 78, 78 currently) through Tree and Eldritch Implcits. Permanent Endurance Charges (i got 4, +1 thorugh the Tree). Fortify (23) thorugh the Tree. Freeze Immune through Soul of the Brine King. Shock immune through Tempest Shield. Ignites can be slightly mitigated through Soul of Abberath or a Flask.

As you can See, my Flasks are a mess. You can definitely get more Defence from those.

Also, my Belt has no Implicits, aswell as the Shield. You can get some really good Implicits on either of those aswell. Also, my Eldritch Implicits are very lackluster due to me lacking Eldritch Currency.

There is alot of room for improvement, but as of right now, the builds is really great. Tanky, fast and deals decent damage. I did al the guardians with it aswell as Shaper, Elder and Sirus. Didnt have the chance to try Maven on it yet.

I did Eater for this topic and actually found an Ashes lol.
