Nothing here is finalized, but so far this is my most fleshed-out attempt at an SSF league starter for 3.19. This one is built for maximum ease of gearing and ease of play. Everything that costs mana is on a Lifetap and I let Tukohama's leech take care of sustain. Tasalio phys as fire is maybe better now that some of our armour scaling has been nerfed. Immortal Call is on a CWDT, although I may end up manually casting it and Enduring Cry is on left click. It's more for the rapid heal but of course I need something to proc Valako. VMS would certainly be a better guard skill, so if you have other ideas for keeping uptime on Valako I'm all ears.
It hits a non-PoB-warriored 2M DPS with a ~600DPS axe and no other substantial damage mods from gear, assuming 100% hit chance. I've got some items in the PoB that put the DPS up over 7M and I figure 4M is probably realistically obtainable for me. In trade it's probably easy to go past 10M but I really can't say for sure. I don't intend on doing anything giga-juiced.
I'm not 100% sure on totem on-hit/hit-by-you etc. mechanics - I may or may not actually have Onslaught so if anyone knows if I'll have that buff (or other buffs) or not please chime in.
Defensive scaling is a bit iffy - I have a reasonable chunk of armour, leech, phys taken as fire, 80/79/79 res and the less damage taken through Immortal Call as my main layers. Shouldn't be super squishy but any advice on making it tankier is welcome. I feel a bit thin on life; I need good life rolls to get over 5k.
BLS is probably objectively a better build, I know, but I can't rely on one dropping + strength stacking gear would be a lot harder to get whereas my build should work fine on basic rares.
