PoE Nova, Simulacrum builds

So, damage is up a little bit, and mostly speed is up by a lot! This is starting to get insane really. I usually run deli on my maps as normal mapping is no challenge anymore. Having said that, defenses of this build are still very much lacking. This will be improved but i kinda decided to go full meme build and ditch some defenses. For instance my body armour now has an elevated +1 gems and +1 support gems prefix instead of defenses. This gives flicker strike an additional 18% teleport range. Helmet - diadem is probably BiS because it allows for easy blessing and provides solid ES and eldritch battery. We path close to enough to take EB so something else is possible but would take a great item. I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. I posted my +7 Pyroclast Infernal Mantle that dropped from Vaal Temple for me a while back and needed to do a build with it cause of Touhou item memes. Took the initial thoughts from /u/Kidlaze and /u/Daedaloys to try Inquisitor with Malachai's Simula and completely winged it from there.
