TLDR: 8~11M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress. I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. You can try to fit it on Shield Charge 4l, and RF 4l for mapping fast, and use Vaal Firestorm for any singletarget boofing EDIT 2: With Skin of the Lords, use Empower over Cruelty. The bonus skill level makes it a +28 and gigabuffs the damage by almost double. Uniques: and Gear: Use Sporeguard until Skin of lords, with any keystone on tree. It saves you 1 point max.
