POE 3.23 Five Starter Builds for Affliction League, 1-3 div budget

5 cheap starter builds for Affliction league. Some builds are SSF viable (Juggernaut and Occultist), others using few kinda mandatory uniques. Hierophant and Inquisitor use Annihilating Light staff, which can be replaced at start by rare staff or 2 wands with +1 cold/lightning gems. Boneshatter and Ice Spear was buffed in 3.23 (changes to quality of gems). 1% more dmg per trauma and 40% crit multi for Ice Spear in second form. Most of these builds are not tanky (except for jugg and occultist), so need to play carefully, but it's just 1-3 div budget, with more investment can get more defenses. I used each of these builds as league starters in 3.18-3.22, so they worked well for farming red tier maps to get more currency for upgrades or for swapping to different builds.
