Explosive Arrow Champion (Ignite based) is a good league starter build for Path of Exile 3.23 Affliction league. Excellent in farming Ultimatum and delirium. Cheap and New player friendly build. ⚐ What has changed in 3.23? Buffs: Frenzy grants 6% more attack speed and attack damage. EA gets +2 to maximum fuses. Nerfs: No nerfs to this build. 20% chance to ignite from removed quality can be retrieved from the passive tree. You can also use Combustion support instead of Unbound ailments to cap chance to ignite. Also there is a charm that grants 25% chance to freeze, shock and ignite. No nerfs or changes to arcanist brand.
