Overview
Taking Oro's Sacrifice Flicker Strike Slayer starter to endgame is a Path of Exile Slayer build by alanjhonnes, made for the Affliction league (3.23). It is centered on Vaal Flicker Strike and plays as a dexterity, attack, melee, strike archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 12.25M DPS with 52.49K effective HP, 6.38K life. Suited for: Mapping, Abyss, Bossing, Legion, Simulacrum, Harvest. Key uniques include Oro's Sacrifice, Cinderswallow Urn, Starkonja's Head, Bottled Faith, Yoke of Suffering.
alanjhonnes's Notes
TLDR: 8~12M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress.

I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike that is hard to scale (usually capping between 1~3M DPS), so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment.
What I find particularly unique about Oro's Sacrifice is how well it fits with Slayer and Kaom's Heart, so we're going to focus on scaling Health, Crit and max life leech. We're not aiming for maximum DPS, rather, we'll try to fix common weaknesses of Flicker by leveraging the double dipping of Max life into max leech to cover most of our defenses, in particular against one shots (high life pool) and DoTs (able to leech through Shaper's beam for example) and allows us to drop a life flask entirely.
Instead of going for the usual Bane of Legends node for more DPS, we pick Endless Hunger for more leech utility , stun and bleed immunity and a bit of attack speed.
The build consists of mostly cheap uniques (Oro's, Kaom's Heart, Starkonja's Head, Darkray's Vector), allowing us to get some nice corruptions (lvl 10 Fortify, % life, increased damage). Some uniques are more pricey (Polaric Devastation, Yoke of suffering with good rolls), but not too much.
We can get an Anger/Precision Watcher's eye for a big DPS boost, but until then, it can be better to run a defensive aura like Determination, Grace or even Purity of Elements because Anger by itself does not provide much DPS alone (about 15%).
Because we're looking for a lot of % life in our tree, we don't even go for cluster jewels as they don't provide big improvements due to the pathing.
For Timeless Jewels, we are looking for a Lethal Pride with one "chance to Intimidate" node, because we don't have easy access to that and it provides a big DPS boost. Better ones with double damage and other damage nodes can be expensive, but are not necessary. Life nodes are very good too. For a cheap one, I'd recommend just searching for one with lots of life and melee damage/crit multi.
For rares, we'll need an Amethyst ring with big chaos resist rolls, it is easy to craft one with harvest; and an Incursion gloves with "added fire damage against burning enemies) and high life roll is ideal, and we can further craft it by Aisling Attack speed on Focus and bench crafting damage while leeching, and add eldritch implicits (fire exposure and rage on hit or additional hits are great options). For the belt, you'll want an elder/hunter belt with lots of flat life, % life and life recovery rate. A Stygian Vise is better, but a Leather one will do just fine.
Because we're socket starved due to Kaom's heart, we keep just use the essentials for mobility and defenses. We use Vaal Ancestral Warchief and Ancestral Protector without multiple totems, because the Vaal version allows us to have +1 maximum totems, so we can have one of both going for both buffs. For auras we just use Precision and one 50% one (Anger/Determination/Grace/Purity) so we don't need Enlighten. Because we don't have regen due to Vaal Pact, we can avoid Enduring Cry too. Heralds and Golems don't do much for us, so we drop them too.
The flasks are very flexible, you can use magic ones for more defenses (granite/jade) and add some high-dps ones like Silver/Diamond/Sulphur. For uniques, the ones that bring the most DPS are Bottled Faith, Atziri's Promise( helps with chaos res too), and Cinderswallow.
Overall, the build is pretty well-rounded for a Flicker, and even has an easy time with most bosses because of the high life pool and insane recovery but you need to be careful about not getting hit without attacking something first to get your leech started and activating your stun immunity.
