PoE Arrogance, Hierophant builds

Hey there, Path of Exile community! I'm excited to share my theorycrafted CwC BV Hierophant build with you all. I've been using poe.ninja as a reference and I'm feeling pretty good about the overall viability of the build. However, I do have a few questions and concerns that I was hoping the community could help me with. First of all, I have some empty gem slots that I'm not sure what to fill with. I've noticed a lot of people prefer to run Pathfinder for the totem explosion build that seems to all the rage right now. Built this a week or so ago before the videos began popping up and wanted to point out that the Hiero ascendancy can be a simpler route to quick totem damage. All that's needed for this build to function is Multiple Totems Support. The first particularly huge damage upgrade will be the Pursuit of Faith after your first lab, and the only thing to worry about otherwise is HP, Res, and Damage mitigation until you're prepared to begin bossing. Posting Here as Well. Basically the interaction is this: When you take a hit with a 21/20 Petrified Blood, you take 60% upfront and 30% over 4 seconds. By taking a stunning hit with 30% Recoup (recover 30% of hit taken over 4 seconds), and a max-rolled Bloodnotch jewel (60% of hit recovered), you receive no damage from stunning hits. I dropped an ashes and wanted to create my own build for a while. Went with totems as I never played before. Main focus of the build is getting crit chance for the impale from the gloves and stack auras. Didnt like the new helmet much (sandstorm visage) so not using it. Current damage is 25mil with 2.45k life (petrified blood) and 2.3k es (from Corrupted soul). Build is expensive as I grabbed grand spectrums from another build + ashes and bottled faith.   So this is the first build I've come up with that isn't a total disaster. TBH, I was following Tataniel's stormburst totems starter but then started adding stuff of my own, like annihilating light, till it got to where it is today.   This is noob stuff so it obviously has problems (-52 chaos resist) but the defense largely comes from putting down the decoy totems so nothing attacks me while the totems kill everything in an area.   It's a glass canon build, I'm fine with that, I will die sometimes.
