I've worked on the build a bit and I think I have it to a point where I can now pretty reasonably tank most things that T16s throw at you, depending on the mods. Most crucible encounters can now be fully tanked.
WARNING there are at least two crucible monsters who have abilities that CANNOT stun, which means you do not recover life when their abilities hit you and you take a lot of unrecovered damage. Damage over time seems mostly solved with Petrified Blood overleech.
I'm considering a couple fun builds that can really leverage cast-on-stun at the moment, once I have something online I'll try to write a more thorough explanation of all the moving parts.
