I just wanted to update those that assisted me in putting together this build. I made this post here about a week ago Shockwave No Hit Build Help. I have finally completed the build and several practice runs and will soon be attempting the run. Credit to this video https://youtu.be/KNLCHhi9120 and Mane_MJeff for his POB. The final product is a mix of Odealo's passive tree and Mane_MJeff gear.

It has two setups, one for running Sanctum at 250mil dps and another for mapping as this build is true paper cannon as Odealo would say at 60mill+ dps.

The mapping swaps out flasks for more defensive mods, swaps out Conc effect for awakend AOE and adds cast on death with portal (you will need this trust me). We switch off Zealotry and heral of purity which gives back a 1.3k life pool, turn of rightous fire and put determination aura on. This is by no means good enough but it makes a difference. Additionally I swapped out a jewel for stormshroud for ailment immunity when hitting maps and trying to rush sanctums.

The no hit build can phase down uber eater and exarch in under 10seconds but this is the only ones I would attempt as every other pinnicle boss has invulnerable phases, you could probably pull it off but I am not super confident in my boss mechanics and dodging abilites.
