PoE Duelist, Witch, Bow, Simulacrum builds without Mageblood

3.22 CHANGES < - Leveling section now uses Spectral Throw, as the Duelist leveling meta settled on that and it's simple to play - As of writing this guide we don't have any info yet on the numbers on the new support gems, keep a look out for Sadism support though, this might beat out Elemental Damage With Attacks or Ignite Proliferation. - Even if Sadism doesn't beat another support gem endgame, it might be better before you have Dyadian Dawn. - Volatility might turn out to be good(only the strongest ignite stays on the enemy)

I built this because I wanted to build around fatal flourish and perma-freeze sanctum (Southbound is a little better for freeze and mapping, hotht gloves for dps bosses). I just gambled away most of my currency and failed my no-hit run to a degen that occurred after I killed the sanctum boss floor 2 :( after doing many flawless practice runs... so I'm kind of feeling done with the league but wanted to share.

Wanting a good all-rounder for the the league i opted for a Explosive Arrow totem build. I choose champion instead of elementalist for the versatility and survivability. It started off based on Zizaran's build, but has since deviated quite a bit. Much due to luck and messing about. This is lvl 99 now and this is more that I ever have done before. Could easily grind to 100 but .. why care. &amp;x200B; &amp;x200B; Some highlights 30+ mill dps can do 10+ more easily with a few gem/flask swaps etc when needed.

HI all, think I've settled on a build for the upcoming 3.17 league. &amp;x200B; Would love some pointers though, feel like its in a decent shape but could always be tweaking. &amp;x200B; Have a few relatively expencive items (particularly early on) in an assalium and brass dome but aside from that feel likes its pretty achievable (aside from the bow but using high rolls to simulate what the bow base changes will make quite realistic). Explosive Arrow: Now has "Explosion deals 5% more Damage with Hits and Ailments per Explosive Arrow on Target" (previously just Hits). Change Hydrosphere to have a one second cooldown before it can be hit again. This maintains the ailment mechanic on Hydrosphere to still allow for some special skill interactions but is no longer such a significant single target damage multiplier for so many skills. I have been playing EA Totems in the Deli HCSSF event and was fairly successful with it. The build was hit-based, and with the change to Hydrosphere I doubt it will be competitive with ot
