I built this because I wanted to build around fatal flourish and perma-freeze sanctum (Southbound is a little better for freeze and mapping, hotht gloves for dps bosses). I just gambled away most of my currency and failed my no-hit run to a degen that occurred after I killed the sanctum boss floor 2 :( after doing many flawless practice runs... so I'm kind of feeling done with the league but wanted to share.

Pros:
Crazy damage (kinda hard to calculate tbh). Killed Uber maven with only 3 sets of degen pools spawned, didn't fail memory game, but I think I did die a couple times because not built tanky atm.
Flesh/Flame combo is 160% MORE damage for this build archetype.
Omniscience is just because I had the currency to invest in crazy clusters/corruptions and is obviously very good damage.
Perma freeze, freezable enemies
Sanctum, can attack around obstacles like TS and freeze guards, mines auto aim so you focus on moving.

Cons: Price. Corruptions. Freeze main defensvie layer atm. Unfreezable effects/enemies are dangerous EG: ubers, god touched rare attacks (if you don't insta kill), Delirium.

Meh: Mine playstyle is fine when you put detonate mines on left click. Chain corruptions and repeating mines cleared packs VERY smoothly though.

Omniscience bow(s): Since we are Slayer and mines we can ignore crit chance and attack speed on bows. So you can look for ROG creations with high elemental damage but bad aps and crit. Look for crit multi and accuracy since omni removes dex and ruins accuracy. Crafted damage per frenzy is very good too if there is an open suffix. For my weapons I got lucky anul and or lucky aisling from buying bows for 150c - 2div to end up with perfect fits. 1 weapon I use for bosses, the other has + 1 proj and I have a quiver with +1 chain +1 arrow for a nice 3 proj mapping setup.

Replica Farrul's Fur: This is a must have item. It gives me permanant brutal charges and frenzy charges. I got a great corruption for 40div. The Super high frenzy charges lets us have a super long phase run duration you just have to start phase running after any/all mine detonation sequences have ended, so its just if you are ignoring and running to sanctum or traveling long distances.

Arn's Anguish: This belt is giving me like 50% more damage, but you could swap to something else and suddenly be quite tanky including endurance charges CWDT immortal call for crazy duration and aspect of the cat with super small duration replenishing your endurance charges almost immediately. EG: you could go mageblood sacrifice a little damage, but suddenly actually be very tanky.

Flasks: These aren't enabled in the pob, you can use whatever you want.

Rings/Boots/Helm: Classic omniscience crafts

Auras: Haste with Sublime vision for ZOOM because we have enough PLENTY damage. Skitterbots is nice alternative for damage if you want. Aspect of the Cat isn't an aura so we can use it with Sublime Vision and enables our charge generation and has other nice alternating benefits.

Jewels: I bough a very expensive large cluster and crafted the others. These are all flexible except for the flesh/flame combo that gives us 160% MORE damage

Main Skill: You could use any bow skill I settled on ice shot because it gave more cold damage for freezing and also matched the corruption I bought.

Secondary Skills:
Ballista totem. I like having totems because they can help freeze guards during battle arenas while you are running in a circle and while mapping for certain league spwans. This is optional but technically adds to the dps.
CWDT- put whatever you want, I have portal, void sphere, and immortal call
Forbidden Rite- to cast and proc fast portal
Enduring Cry- I have Call to Arms on my relic so this is nice regen when needed.

Fatal Flourish: You could self cast, but you lock yourself down during the repeat (cannot be animation canceled) AND then Fatal Flourish is only 30% more damage instead of 160% more.

I can maybe be persuaded to upload videos of deleting conquerers or DPS showcase vs ubers if enough interest, I just wanted to share because the build was awesome to play and fatal flourish is like 6div for a set instead of 60 like in past leagues.
