[PoE 3.20] My League Start Plans for Forbidden Sanctum

Hey all! This is the first video of two in a short series that will detail my plans and my strategy for the upcoming league. It's a Toxic Rain Low-life Champion (maybe with a bit of magic find added). I'm excited to try a build that I'm familiar with but with tech I've never used before.
