PoE Duelist, Witch, Hex, Simulacrum builds without Mageblood

I thought i was fairly capped for endgame content but I can't do past Wave 20 simul, uber atziri (oneshot by every ability...), ubers, Feared, and die once in a while in juiced t16s. Did a 80% deli but 100% is out of reach. Oneshot every 5 seconds in rank500 tota (lucky I'm finished with all tota challenges for the league). Any advice on where to go from here with 40~ divs? Could use Despair or Elemental Weakness. Despair will add a bit of extra chaos damage to the hit and might work better against bosses. Need to figure out how I will get multiple curses out. Witchfire Brew, Bane, Vixen's Entrapment are all options. Probably going with Witchfire Brew though. Could use Flame Wall as an additional damage skill. Support with high Spell Damage Multipliers.
