PoE Hierophant, League Starter builds

Yo guys, as many people have discovered, Hiero is very potent this patch for casters. I wanted to make a cheap-ish Sparker that is full league start viable. The main selling point is that unlike other early game sparkers, we have so much Damage that we can take both pierce and faster projectiles and still end up at 3.8Mil per projectile. On an inquis, you will not be able to do this in meaningful content early league so you will have very low projectile speed and very low pierce count (1 or 2 from gloves maximum). Let me know what

Posting Here as Well. Basically the interaction is this: When you take a hit with a 21/20 Petrified Blood, you take 60% upfront and 30% over 4 seconds. By taking a stunning hit with 30% Recoup (recover 30% of hit taken over 4 seconds), and a max-rolled Bloodnotch jewel (60% of hit recovered), you receive no damage from stunning hits. First time making my own build and to be honest I have no clue if what I put together is a) playable and b) not complete dogpoop. Here is the PoB: Its very barebones. No Flasks, no uniques or special items, nothing ticked in config and the gems aren't filled out yet. It already has around 500k dps without using a second curse (allocated points in WoD just for reference) and without the vaal version.
