start frost blades or steel, rush precise tech and grab sword nodes if strike mastery isn't enough for clear try swapping multi for anc call level in swap: 3 wild strikes, vaal ice shot, ice shot, frost blades. wild strikes vendor for combat focus with 20 qual and the others are back up builds after clever thief it takes 11 points to switch to claws try to run: grace, hoi, war banner, lvl 1 precision after grabbing mana mastery: hatred instead of hoi after reservation shield, use saved mana for preci lvls and vitality if capped acc just buy highest pdps claw within budget with open suffix

pobb.in Im mostly looking for feedback and suggestions on my tree. Do I travel up or down first? Also, I vaguely remember something about conc eff not being good for MS..? Gear is more or less only there for armour purposes, flasks are from an older character, so don't mind those parts too much. Happy league start!

I think its a fairly straightforward tree. Lioneye's glare is giving a fairly decent amount of damage. The additional projectiles and snakebite to give decent clear, I will be looking to thread the additional projectiles fairly quickly. Life is low (partly due to low flat life rolls I am using), and defenses are weak (it is literally just evasion, spell suppression, and ailment avoidance). The mirage archer is keep everything combusted. If I think I can make this work at league-start, I might try to make a higher budget version. I

If EC was a well designed skill then the interesting aspect (flask usage) would be extremely beneficial to the skill. As it is, this is not the case. &x200B; This isn't going to be a math heavy post, but long story short, you can only regenerate so many flask charges, and that number is way lower than what you need to constantly use sapphire/topaz flasks outside pure mapping.
