PoE Garukhan's Flight builds without Siege Ballista

Hi, I just wanted to showcase my build. I m not super experienced (started in Scourge league) and I m not really good at generating currency, but this league it seemed kinda easy. It's the first time i can say I homebrewed my own build and I think I managed to push it to its limit. I kinda regret not playing it before the Nightblade nerf. If you are running an Ice Crash Hollow Palm Raider, please get the Dancing Dervish sword and the Graceful Assault passive node. The node gives you (for 3 passive points): 60% increased effect of Onslaught, 50% increased armour and 50% increased evasion (during Onslaught). When Dancing Dervish manifests (through rampage on hit) it is removed from your weapon slots, granting you Onslaught (and Unencumbered) for as long as they are manifested. Hi all, been putting together a weird new build (POB below) to try over the xmas period and would like to get some feedback before I start going crazy with funding it... The basic idea is messing with a dex stacking-ish cold wander (KBolt attempting to make use of Rathpith currently) and then using some ballista totems (with potentially the new Nimis ring if things pan out) to create some eye watering screens of crit cold death, right now the build is very much WIP and is lacking some defence but I think there is potential here for something fun.
