I have played this Build in Variations a lot over the Leagues and with minor Adjustments it could be played as an Infernal Blow Berserker (which I'd recommend to try).

For experienced Players this COULD be used as a League Starter, but none of my Builds have ever been meant for being in Yellow Maps 6 hours after League Start.

For less experienced Players I'd recommend especially watching everything about the Tank of this Build before playing it, and feel free to ask any Questions about it that you might have afterwards, as this is quite an unusal way of building a Tank.

As a starting Budget I'd recommend ~10 Divine it sure could be done with WAY less and it sure does take advantage if you put more into it, but with a Budget of roughly 10 Divine you should be fine.
