Vaal Burning Arrow Deadeye Kaboom

Vaal Burning Arrow Hits like a truck and shotguns massively, this skill holds some heavy fire power with a fairly cheap vaal soul cost and low soul gain prevention which makes it a prime candidate to use in combination with soul ripper. I decided to optimize this vaal skill around dex stacking simply because I got a dex stacking relic and hadn't made a dex stacker previously that I remember. Ultimately a tri ele bow / omni approach would probably yield higher end results but this is just what I decided to optimize for. Hopefully this showcases a way to build around vaal skills like vaal burning arrow and can spark some ideas for your own characters, gl out there exiles!
