Overview
Something a bit different - Cold KBolt Dex Stacking Ballista Totems WIP is a Path of Exile Ascendant build by ShazzamPoe, made for the Sanctum league (3.20). It is centered on Kinetic Bolt and plays as a intelligence, attack, projectile archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 4M DPS with 41.44K effective HP, 4.49K life, 677 energy shield. Key uniques include Replica Lavianga's Spirit, Fractal Thoughts, Rathpith Globe, Tasalio's Sign, Garukhan's Flight.

Hi all, been putting together a weird new build (POB below) to try over the xmas period and would like to get some feedback before I start going crazy with funding it...
The basic idea is messing with a dex stacking-ish cold wander (KBolt attempting to make use of Rathpith currently) and then using some ballista totems (with potentially the new Nimis ring if things pan out) to create some eye watering screens of crit cold death, right now the build is very much WIP and is lacking some defence but I think there is potential here for something fun.
If anyone would like to offer some advice on plugging the holes (Chaos res, capping spell suppression, ailments / curses) it would be very appreciated.
