Hi,
I just wanted to showcase my build. I m not super experienced (started in Scourge league) and I m not really good at generating currency, but this league it seemed kinda easy. It's the first time i can say I homebrewed my own build and I think I managed to push it to its limit. I kinda regret not playing it before the Nightblade nerf. I ve reached 40/40, and I m pretty much done with the league unless I want to try smtg new in a few weeks. So I wanted to share my build with you all.

Started with Mathil dex stacking Spectral Throw. I didn't like the feeling of Spectral Throw so I tried Venom Gyre and Cobra Lash and I ended up pushing Cobra Lash. I really liked the fact that the proj can rebound on walls (useful in Delve) and I think the way to scale Cobra Lash with chains and Follow Through was pretty cool and also cheap and easy.
I stumbled on the Heatshiver tech a few weeks ago while looking for a unique helmet with the enchant (kinda mandatory for the build) and it s been smooth sailing ever since.
I have 18M DPS per projectile in "mapping phase". And it can reach 48M by POB warrioring (berserk + vaal Haste + Ancestral Protector + proj travel distance of 10 because of Point Blank).
My relic is 0.5% of cold damage leeched as life, 30% avoid ailments (so ailment immune) + Vaal Pact.
I self crafted every thing apart from the gloves with temple mods. Maybe I got lucky but the build wasn't that expensive. It s hard to keep track but I estimate it costs around 50 Div to craft everything. It is also pretty deterministic imo, and I m not a good crafter.
The build is awesome for mapping, can do juiced delirium maps. I didn't manage to reach simu 30 (I died at 28/29 on average). And I also didn't managed to kill any ubers, even with Fangs of Frost annointed and after switching Trinity with Aw added Cold, I couldn't freeze them to proc Heatshiver effect. But maybe it s player related.
I experimented several variants :
If you want to go more defensive you can go for the Wind Ward forbidden jewels, 30% more defense is pretty nice and the jewels are cheap (avatar of the veil was also cheap). You can also try to fit in Grace with a reservation cluster. But I think with that level of damage and a good enough evasion floor you don t need more defense. Determination + Molten Shell makes it so that you don t die immediately to most stuff and you can leech back to full life in a few seconds anyway way before the next hit.
I didn t feel the need to get more projectiles with Dying Sun and/or some Fan of Blades Megalo. HoI takes care of the clear for you, so I decided to remove it and go for more damage.
Regarding annoint you can go with Fangs of Frost for more freeze, Soul of Steel for more defense, Graceful Assault if you need Onslaught or True Strike for more damage.
