If you are running an Ice Crash Hollow Palm Raider, please get the Dancing Dervish sword and the Graceful Assault passive node.
The node gives you (for 3 passive points): 60% increased effect of Onslaught, 50% increased armour and 50% increased evasion (during Onslaught).
When Dancing Dervish manifests (through rampage on hit) it is removed from your weapon slots, granting you Onslaught (and Unencumbered) for as long as they are manifested.
The Onslaught effect isn't shown on the item description, or in the tooltip, only in the POE wiki and Path of Building.
I'm using this on Ice Crash Hollow Palm Raider, I socketed the following supports into the weapon:
- Minion Speed (Helps me keep Rampage ramping up and makes culls more effective)
- Meat Shield (added survivability for both me and my Dervishes)
- Bonechill (Gives me a More Multiplier on my ice crash hits, as enemies affected by Bonechill take 5-30% more cold damage from my hits)
- ~~Chance to Bleed Support (Lets me use Bloodlust support for 40% more and 11% increased damage) CORRECTION!~~ Divergent Maim support is required for this effect as Chance to Bleed won't support dervishes. Slightly longer ramp-up time, but maim effect is a great addition and offers some synergies down the line.
- ~~Innervate (Gives me a touch more damage when innervate kicks in, but importantly gives a flat chance to shock without crit, and applies an average 10% shock on mobs while mapping)~~UPDATED Innervate won't work against rares or higher (when it's needed) so I've gone for added cold support for consistent chill on rares.
- Culling Strike (Great source of this on a socket-starved build)
Rampage effects are great, definitely worth reading up on that too. (up to 100% increased damage and 50% increased movement speed at maximum Rampage)

POB here for your consideration: https://pastebin.com/QHyLgN3kI'm not using any POB tricks, Chill at 18%, , Rampage at 200-400 (typically chill is at least 25%, shock around 10%, Rampage at 1000 unless I stop to loot or interact with league mechanics)
For bossing you will still have rampage from the on-hit effect with Dervishes, but lose out on some Lunaris phys damage reduction.Although shock will typically be lower, you'll get the 10% ele pen from having "not killed recently" on the boots.
You can also do a lot more damage if you get the 15% phys as additional cold damage helm enchant.

EHP 144,000 without molten shell
*forgot to mention that with awakened melee damage we get chance to intimidate, bringing dps up to 22,600,000*
