PoE Duelist, Fire, Bossing builds without Mageblood

Hey there PoEBuilds. First time playing this build, i have taken a few liberties here and there while following an online build for this playstyle and i was wondering if there was any room to improve the performance of this build. I feel like have reached a point in which each upgrade is gonna cost quite a few tens of divs and i wanna plan things out properly. I have beaten the eater of worlds/searing exarch bosses, conquerors, sanctum's new boss and its alternate's form and now i am seeking to deal with the elder and then carry into the game's uber bosses. Guard skill: Arcane Cloak is offensive, Immortal Call is defensive. If you get Jugg or maybe the Deflection node, End Charges should be easily supplied so IC's cost should be largely negligible. Archmage: Fireball used because of high damage effectiveness. Cast speed is bypassed via CWDT. AoE is unnecessary because this is a bossing setup (though adds might mess this up, but Fireball has a little AoE iirc). Discharge has the highest damage effectiveness and its threshold jewel (Endless Misery) changes its cooldown to CWDT's, but if the 60% less damage affects Archmage then

in light of the only flaw in my zooming ele hit build and the question post I sparked the idea of ele dmg reduction minmax. In game there's very few ways to reduce ele dmg, immortal call is the big one for 35% less dmg, with our readily supplied endurance charge it's 2s uptime can be mor
