in light of the only flaw in my zooming ele hit build and the question post https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/mysxva/tanky_bow_build/, I sparked the idea of ele dmg reduction minmax.
In game there's very few ways to reduce ele dmg, immortal call is the big one for 35% less dmg, with our readily supplied endurance charge it's 2s uptime can be more preventive (handcast) than reactive (cwdt). Wise oak triple balance isn't very efficient with dying sun. then there's unusable Nebuloch and Jugg and PF's ascendancy and that's about it.
I came across Militant Faith's Transcendance Keystone which makes armor apply to ele dmg instead at the price of -5% all resist. However looking at pob calculation armor is a trash defensive stat than requires extreme investment for high thousand hits, which I have absolutely no way of fitting in the already nerfed to the ground purity stacking. it's simply easier to take full advantage of close to 90% cap max resists
So the final version with 2 3p voices (as aurastackers all do, some 3), 11 charges, corrupted Alpha's Howl with enchantment (showcased recently in poe sub, which can be compensated with some 1% reduced reserve corruption from all these worthless purity clusters), I've still maintained 37m bossing dps, while reaching 4k real life that's effectively 155k against phys and chaos, and 310k-344k against ele dmg, with vaal grace and immortal call. I supposed this should be enough for the inscribed ultimatum which reward hh. and still at the start of week 2 of the league, all of these gear should be easily obtained with a little effort with betrayal and temple rework.
