3.14 Infernal Blow "Screen Popper" Slayer - 40 Weapon Range (3.15 Expedition Update in description)

3.15 Update: Every single build in the game has been nerfed, but this one came away pretty well overall. Multistrike got some of the mildest changes of all gems, and since we are staves and have pretty high crit already, the Diamond Flask Changes hit us less than other builds. However, do not use Torrent's Reclamation anymore, Summon Greater Harbinger of Time has been nerfed from 20% to 10% action speed and is now really suboptimal.
As well as that, obviously try and rework your flask setup, Cinderswallow Urn can stay, Lion's Roar is only OK now and I would definitely go for a Bottled Faith instead now, especially since we will need some extra crit we lost from the Diamond Flask Changes.
Also, replace the Spiked Concoction Medium Cluster jewel alltogether and invest in more Crit (Dismembering)

As for Leaguestarting this I will say: If you are planning on bossing, this is not what the build is supposed to do, it is at it's best in Maps and Simulacrums, where you can profit off of Infernal Blow's explosions. So after the damage-nerfs, you will need some really solid gear to kill Conqueror's, so keep that in mind in case you usually take long to get currency.
