PoE Combustion, Nova builds

It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. Evening. It's been a pretty smooth transition from cold dot to vortex ignite in the mid game. I've got all my implicits set on boots and gloves. I'm 100 percent spell supressed. &x200B; I gotta level up (92 atm) but i'm getting my ass kicked in t16s &x200B; I think my issues lie with Block/Spell Block.
