Hey, I enjoy creating unique and funny meme builds, so I decided to come up with one. I needed a fast character with good clear speed to farm Alva. It's not great for boss killing, though. I managed to tackle some T17 maps, but it's not the best for that. Anyway, here's the concept: I stack around 450 mana burn with the unique tincture, The Battle Within. I sustain the mana cost with a good enduring mana flask and use the mastery for 1% increased flask charges gained per 1 mana burn. Evening. It's been a pretty smooth transition from cold dot to vortex ignite in the mid game. I've got all my implicits set on boots and gloves. I'm 100 percent spell supressed. &x200B; I gotta level up (92 atm) but i'm getting my ass kicked in t16s &x200B; I think my issues lie with Block/Spell Block. I've been running Frostblink Ignite this league, using Dissolution of the Flesh. I've done some testing this weekend, and wanted to make a note of a couple of cool features of the jewel. POB: 1) Petrified Blood caps you at low life, and converts a portion of damage you take from hits into life loss over time. This life loss over time is not itself damage, and it turns out that PB's damage modifier happens before Dissolution's.
