PoE Marauder, Ruthless, Slam builds

Hey, wanted to give a detailed account of my first day with Exerted Volcanic fissure Chieftain, here my profile since I don't have access to pob right now. tl;dr - BONK. --- NOTE: This requires nearly EVERY source of "increased stun duration on enemies" in the game in order to achieve a duration that leaves wiggle room for monsters with stun duration resistance.
