[3.15] Hollow Palm Ice Crash Build | Berserker | Expedition | Path of Exile 3.15

Hey guys, here is another hollow palm build. Last league I've played ground slam version and now ice crash. This is a great boss killer. You can one shot bosses with the right combo. Clear speed is not great considering other meta builds but it's fun to play.

Build Cost

• Medium Budget: 10-50 ex

What is Hollow Palm Technique? Hollow Palm Technique is a keystone passive skill which makes the player character count as Dual Wielding while Unencumbered. Basically we can't have any weapon, shield or gloves but we gain these stats:

• 60% more Attack Speed while you are Unencumbered
• 14 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered

Brutal Restraint: Names or numbers don't matter, just look for useful mods such as:

• 5% increased Dexterity
• +20 to Dexterity
• 5% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Kil
• 4% increased maximum Life

3.15 CHANGES:

• The Hollow Palm Technique Notable now grants 40% more Attack Speed with Melee Skills while you are Unencumbered. It previously granted 60% more Attack Speed while you are Unencumbered. The modifier that granted “14 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered” is now “14 to 20 Attack Physical Damage to Melee Skills per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered”.
• Ice Crash: Now deals 350% of Base Damage, and has 350% Effectiveness of Added Damage at gem level 20 (previously 280%).
• Seismic Cry: No longer has “Exerted Attacks deal 30% more Damage”. No longer has “Exerted Attacks deal 20% more Damage per previous Attack Exerted by this Warcry”.
