[3.15] Hollow Palm Ground Slam Build | Berserker | Expedition | Path of Exile 3.15

Hey guys, here is another hollow palm build. This is probably last build of this league. I really enjoyed playing this one but crafting items was painful. Fun to play, great boss killer, alright clear speed.

What is Hollow Palm Technique? Hollow Palm Technique is a keystone passive skill which makes the player character count as Dual Wielding while Unencumbered. Basically we can't have any weapon, shield or gloves but we gain these stats:

• 60% more Attack Speed while you are Unencumbered
• 14 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered

I had 1631 dexterity so you do the math.

Brutal Restraint: Names or numbers don't matter, just look for useful mods such as:

• 5% increased Dexterity
• +20 to Dexterity
• 5% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Kil
• 4% increased maximum Life

Deafening Essence of Sorrow is gonna be your friend while crafting those items :)

3.14 CHANGES:

• Vaal Ground Slam This Attack can now be Exerted as though it was not a Vaal Skill. Now deals 250% of base Attack Damage at gem level 1 (previously 190%) and 400% of base Attack Damage at gem level 20 (previously 300%). Now stores up to 4 uses (previously 3). Now has a Soul Gain Prevention duration of 1 second (previously 2).
• Seismic Cry Exerted Attacks now deal 20% more Damage per previous Attack Exerted by this Warcry (previously 30%).
• Flesh and Stone Now requires 35% Mana reservation (previously 25%).

3.15 CHANGES

• Ground Slam: Now deals 188% of Base Damage, and has 188% Effectiveness of Added Damage at gem level 20 (previously 150%).
• The Hollow Palm Technique Notable now grants 40% more Attack Speed with Melee Skills while you are Unencumbered. It previously granted 60% more Attack Speed while you are Unencumbered. The modifier that granted “14 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered” is now “14 to 20 Attack Physical Damage to Melee Skills per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered”.
• Seismic Cry: No longer has “Exerted Attacks deal 30% more Damage”. No longer has “Exerted Attacks deal 20% more Damage per previous Attack Exerted by this Warcry”.
