PoE Static Strike, Spell builds

I've been trying to cook and pretty much have concluded that using Prismatic Burst as a main skill will end up underwhelming (without Shako at least). (Rolling Magma has similar base damage and same damage effectiveness so should pretty accurately reflect PB DPS) Here's my non-budget lvl 100 take using mine auras to get almost 7x damage as well as Annihilating Light. I've gotten enough CDR so PB has a 2.52 hit rate which matches perfectly with lvl 1 Static Strike's 2.5 beam hit rate. This ends up with a build that has a clunky play

So the other day I made a post suggesting to use this combo for Sabo starters so I thought, why not make an actual PoB... and it turned out as a Deadeye instead of Sabo because I'm too terrified to touch anything with untested minion AI. -Important Update- As it turns out, the wiki is misleading when it says that "Rallying Cry can have an indefinite number of hidden stacks active, of which each loses its duration naturally, but only the strongest one is shown as active buff" I interpreted this as mean multiple warcry buffs could be active with only the strongest one showing. What it actually means is that only the strongest Rallying Cry buff is applied at any given time. When the duration expires, then it is replaced by the next strongest warcry.
