Meme Concept – use Vaal Flicker strike non-damaging hits to proc Holy Relic Nova explosions.

Was working on this build for several leagues, finally decided to showcase it.

Its seem like its getting hit by indirect/direct nerfs league after league, so I figured its now or never.

This league Skin of the Lords/Loyal became 20 divine item – crippled the build item progression a lot.

Still. I managed to league start with it, make bunch of currency, push it through all content and adjust it to suck less.

But because its an ‘leaguestart-all content’ build, it also does not really excel at anything. Can, however, be adjusted to be better at this or that content and feels reasonably tanky.
