I've been trying to cook and pretty much have concluded that using Prismatic Burst as a main skill will end up underwhelming (without Shako at least).

Here's my non-budget lvl 100 take using mine auras to get almost 7x damage as well as Annihilating Light. I've gotten enough CDR so PB has a 2.52 hit rate which matches perfectly with lvl 1 Static Strike's 2.5 beam hit rate. This ends up with a build that has a clunky playstyle and difficult to gear with how difficult capping res is, but should at least deal a lot of damage right?

4 mil DPS with all buffs up...

Let me know if anybody has some luck building around this but I'm out of ideas.
