PoE Chieftain, Simulacrum builds

I have been slowly farming up div to buy a Fulcrum and it has been super slow going. I finally got enough div, but now I am second guessing whether or not the Fulcrum is worth it. Right now, I am using Mokou's Embrace with the corruption that poison cannot be inflicted on me. With that I have a 3-link with CWS, Lifetap and Forbidden rite, with a 100+ chance to ignite myself. Posting my build for a 3.23 version of jungroan's build, mainly because I was trying to find ways to set it up without tattoos but couldn't find anything for 3.23, and that's mainly solved through the charms. tl;dr it seems bad but I'm not that experienced with scaling fire DoT. Damage is simulated using DD corpse life that will provide same exact damage that the totem will. The idea is to use Searing Bond totems which can be scaled through +1 fire gems to increase totem life while also doing fire DoT. Since we're chieftain with 90% res, we use RF for more fire DoT and more spell damage for searing bond. Here's a Pob PoB dps : 13.9 millions. With vaal Reap : 18.84 millions. Build gets 93% phys takes as fire with 87% fire resist. No clusters and no hard to get unique or super expensive rolls. The PoB uses +1 levels +2 aoe Cloak of flames, but you can very easily get one of these corrupts instead of both and loose 20% damage. All skills are on Lifetap.
