Posting my build for a 3.23 version of jungroan's build, mainly because I was trying to find ways to set it up without tattoos but couldn't find anything for 3.23, and that's mainly solved through the charms. Only thing that isn't ideal is that I'm not able to reach 100% spell suppression, but that's not too bad.

The build isn't super expensive and can still kill uber bosses, but there are probably less jank options
