PoE Elemental Weakness, Scion builds

Hi! I'm new to this subreddit, and I'm also autistic, so go easy on me. The build is Spectral Throw(NOT Helix, yeah I know...) Scion using Trinity and Nightblade for dmg. I use hybrid es evasion for ghost shroud and sniper's mark for single target boost, basically guaranteeing a third hit(3x total dps in full dps 1.6 mil, not a lot). As I'm spectral throw I can't get fortify in any way. However with the good gear(ASPIRATIONAL, mostly) I have on my items tab, I could get suppress cap. Q: Why ST/Scion/Dagger? Hey there, recently tried to theorycraft around the newly buffed Blade Vortex. While there are a couple of staples out there like the Occultist/Inquis variants, I wanted to try and create a build that can replicate a bit of the former Indigon Glory days.
