Brief Description of the build:

Doryanis Prototype to stack as close to -200 lightning resist as possible for damage.
The side effect of Doryanis is that the build performs fantastic in PvP (can oneshot the Grandmaster GGNoobs) but its a PvE build.
Max Block/Max Spell Block with Glancing Blows and Tempest shield which allows AFK Simulacrum Wave 30.
Full ES recovery on Block because of Aegis Aurora.
90 max res.
7k ES with CI for Chaos Immunity.
Positive 1.3k ES regen per second (1k unconditional regen at all times) this makes Uber Uber Labyrinth a cake walk.
220% Movement Speed with Quicksilver Flask when Berserk + Vaal Haste is popped goes up to 424% Movement speed.
Roughly 100 mill dps on conservative take (no totem, no vaal haste, no curses, no dual wield).

The strat is to max out Legion and Essences on the Atlas to live from static splinters drop rate. mild Delirium form 20% to 100% helps plus Uber Eater Altars.
