The idea is: freezing everything on screen is a defensive layer, probably very good in the Sanctum Frost Blades is getting a huge increase to added damage % so let's try to build around it. Ailments don't care about resistances on hit and whatnot, just base damage, so high added damage is good. Heatshiver gives up to 130% added cold damage as fire if we can freeze things. Tornado Shot attack speed modifier is ONLY to simulate MAXIMUM DPS, which only occurs when you are right in front of the boss and all Creeping Frost projectiles overlap. These DPS numbers are NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT in general!!
