Do you like RF style gameplay but hate having to worry about regen? Do you like explosions? Do you like running fast? Boy do I have the build for you.

Pretty scuffed version, maybe 30-40ex invested. Can do Deli but ignite falls off hard when you get really deep in juiced maps, having a HH instead of IL would probably help in that regard. Kinda squishy but you're so fast it's hard to get hit and prolif on the ground saves you from influenced & beyond mobs.
